Cancellation Policy

Bookings for one-to-one sessions may be rescheduled free of charge only once, after that a £25 fee will be required. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if a rescheduling is needed. If bookings are cancelled more than 72 hours before the booking, you will receive a refund of half of the 25% deposit amount. If you cancel within 72 hours before the start of a consultation the full deposit will be non-refundable. For The S.E.L.F Programme, group calls cannot be rescheduled but will be recorded and one-to-one sessions can be rescheduled as laid out above but must be rescheduled within the 12 week period of the Programme, unless decided otherwise with Sabrina Cheema. Any purchase of The S.E.L.F Programme has a 28 day money back guarantee starting from the 5th September 2022 (90% refund for those paying in full and 75% refund for those opting for installments). If you decide before the start date (05/09/2022) that you would like to withdraw from the Programme, you will be entitled to a full refund minus a £30 admin fee.
