  • Bookings must be made at least one week in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Prices may vary if any adjustments are made to services to suit your requirements.

  • Any travel outside of the West Midlands will incur a small fee. Please get in touch to find out more.

  • Any pre-consultation forms or preparatory tasks need to be completed within the time frame requested to ensure that you get the most out of your session.

  • Ongoing complimentary support will be provided post session for all clients, however, any additional style advice will require a new separate booking.

  • Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge only once, after that a £25 fee will be required. Please try to give at least 48 hours notice if a rescheduling is needed.

  • Cancellation policy: If bookings are cancelled more than 72 hours before the booking, you will receive a refund of half of the deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours before the start of a consultation the full deposit will be non-refundable.

 
Wardrobe Edit​
  • The Initial Consultation for this service will take place online via Zoom.

  • When booking this service online through this website you will be choosing the date and time for your Initial Consultation NOT the Wardrobe Edit session itself. The date and time for the Wardrobe Edit session will be discussed and confirmed in the Initial Consultation meeting.

  • You will be asked to pay a £50 deposit in order to confirm your booking for this service, the remaining balance must be paid no less than 24 hours prior to your 4 hour Wardrobe Edit booking. Payment details for the remaining balance will be provided after the Initial Consultation.

  • The session should last up to 4 hours, if the session runs over an additional half hourly cost will apply.

Personal Shopping
  • The Initial Consultation for this service will take place online via Zoom.

  • All Personal Shopping Sessions will take place within the West Midlands, therefore the client must be willing to travel to or within this area.

  • When booking this service online through this website you will be choosing the date and time for your Initial Consultation NOT the Personal Shopping session itself. The date and time for the Personal Shopping session will be discussed and confirmed in the Initial Consultation meeting.

  • You will be asked to pay a £50 deposit in order to confirm your booking for this service, the remaining balance must be paid no more than 72 hours after the Initial Consultation. Payment details for the remaining balance will balance will be provided after the Initial Consultation.

  • The session should last up to 4 hours for Half Day Personal Shopping or 6 hours for Full Day Personal Shopping, if the session runs over an additional half hourly cost will apply.

 
Online Shopping
  • The Initial Consultation for this service will take place online via Zoom.

  • When booking this service online through this website you will be choosing the date and time for your Initial Consultation NOT the Online Shopping session itself. The total cost, date and time of delivery for your shopping links will be discussed and confirmed in the Initial Consultation meeting.

  • This service is charged at an hourly rate therefore the total cost will be calculated after the Initial Consultation. The balance must be paid no more than 72 hours after the Initial Consultation. Payment details will be provided after the Initial Consultation

  • At the time of the links being sent over, to your Stylist's knowledge all items will be in stock. Once the links have been sent over, your Stylist is no longer liable for items that are out of stock. It is the client's responsibility to check the links as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

Full Self-Care Style Package
  • This service is only available In Person to clients living within the West Midlands, for all others, the Online version is available.

  • When booking this service online through this website you will be choosing the date and time for your Style Session NOT the entire package. The date and time for each of the other elements of this package will be discussed and confirmed in the Style Session.

  • You will be asked to pay a £125 deposit in order to confirm your booking for this service, the remaining balance must be paid no less than 24 hours prior to your 4 hour Wardrobe Edit session, which is the second session of the package. Payment details for the remaining balance will be provided after the Initial Consultation.

  • The Wardrobe Edit and Personal Shopping sessions within this package should both last up to 4 hours, if either one of the sessions run over an additional half hourly cost will apply.

Gift Vouchers
  • All Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from point of purchase. If you would like to adjust the validity period to start from a different date, please get in touch.

  • Remember when buying a Service Voucher, to check the specific terms and conditions for that service (see above).
