Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Time

UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch

International Orders: Delivery times vary based on location and local customs but generally take 5–10 working days
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Occasionally, discount codes or promotions may include free shipping - keep an eye out!

Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products
If you're not satisfied with a physical product, I gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Request a return within 14 days of receiving your order

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrect
To begin a return or exchange, email me at sabrina.cheema@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your item is received and inspected, I’ll notify you and issue a refund or send your exchange item accordingly.

Digital Products
All digital product sales (e.g., downloads, templates, eBooks) are final and non-refundable, unless:

Refunds
