Shipping, Returns & Refunds

  • All products are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • All orders within the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail​, First Class Recorded Delivery.
  • You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk folder.
  • Due to Covid-19 restrictions, deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive.
  • If nobody is at home to receive your parcel, you should have a card notifying you of where your parcel can be collected.
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 days of order confirmation, email us directly at


  • All product orders are non-refundable.​

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send photographic evidence over to within 48 hours of receiving your item. 


  • If bookings are cancelled more than 72 hours before the booking, the client will receive a refund of half of the deposit paid upon booking.

  • If bookings are cancelled within 72 hours before the booking, the full deposit will be non-refundable.

  • If for any reason the booking needs to be cancelled by the Stylist, the client will be presented with alternate dates to reschedule, however, if this is not convenient for the client, she will be refunded the full amount of her booking.

  • If for any reason, the client is not satisfied with any element of the service, in the first instance they should contact where they can expect a friendly response to their email within 5 working days. We will always endeavour to provide the client with an appropriate solution.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to refund clients if they are unhappy with the body shape or style personality results specified within their session and follow up reports and if more than 30 days have elapsed since the session.

  • Product orders are non-refundable.
