Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be rescheduled free of charge only once, after that a £25 fee will be required. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if a rescheduling is needed. If bookings are cancelled more than 72 hours before the booking, you will receive a refund of half of the 25% deposit amount. If you cancel within 72 hours before the start of a consultation the full deposit will be non-refundable.
