Speaking & Writing

For over a decade, I’ve been helping women unlearn the noise, release the pressure to perform, and reconnect with their worth - softly, honestly, and on their own terms. Whether it’s through spoken word or the written page, my work explores themes like body confidence, self-expression, personal style, identity, authenticity, and the quiet power of living life your way. If your platform, publication or brand is aligned with these values, I’d love to connect.

What I Offer

I currently offer:

  • Writing personal essays, guest pieces, brand storytelling, and content rooted in softness, identity, self-worth, and self-expression

  • Speaking - warm, honest podcast conversations, panel appearances and community events that explore real womanhood, body image, self-trust and emotional healing

  • Collaborations — with values-led platforms and brands, particularly those centring female identity, softness, emotional wellbeing, or personal expression

Topics I Cover:

Whether on the page or in conversation, my work explores:

  • The pressure to perform femininity or success

  • Body confidence and styling as self-expression

  • Unlearning hustle culture and reclaiming softness

  • Identity beyond labels: womanhood on your own terms

  • Self-love, self-trust, and the quiet path to healing
